Forsetti Framework is a Raven Forge Software project developed by James Daley as part of his personal software engineering, framework design, systems architecture, and research work.

Raven Forge Software is the public-facing name under which James Daley publishes software, frameworks, documentation, research materials, and related creative works. Raven Forge Software should not be represented as a corporation, LLC, partnership, or separate legal entity in this interim pass.

Unless otherwise stated, the software, source code, object code, documentation, designs, logos, project names, website content, architecture descriptions, examples, diagrams, branding, and related materials made available through Forsetti Framework are owned by James Daley.

The approved copyright notice is:

Forsetti Framework, Forsetti Agentic Edition, Raven Forge Software, associated logos, project names, marks, and trade dress are names and marks used by James Daley in connection with his software engineering, development, architecture, and research projects unless otherwise stated.

No permission is granted to use these names, marks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Source code, documentation, examples, templates, governance materials, and other resources may be made available through GitHub or other repositories for evaluation, review, discussion, or permitted use under the applicable repository terms.

Access to source code or documentation does not itself grant unrestricted commercial rights, redistribution rights, trademark rights, sublicensing rights, or rights to use the work outside the applicable license or written permission.

Where a repository, file, or package includes its own license terms, those license terms govern that material. If there is a conflict between a general website statement and the specific license terms attached to a repository or file, the specific license terms should be treated as controlling for that material.

Commercial licensing for some Forsetti materials may be offered later. Unless formal commercial terms are published or a separate written agreement is executed, this site should not be interpreted as granting commercial deployment rights beyond those expressly provided in the applicable repository license or written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, James Daley shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from use of or reliance on Forsetti Framework materials, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or software defects.
